Return & Exchange Policy

We accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased on mexori.com for store credit only, provided the item is returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, free of perfume, makeup, pet hair, or deodorant stains.

Non‑Returnable Items

Final sale items, discounted products, bramis, intimates, bodysuits, and hats cannot be returned.

How Returns Work

Returns must be initiated through our return portal. A pre‑paid return label can be generated from the returns center.
The cost of the return label ($7.95) will be deducted from your store credit balance.
Returns are issued as store credit only, which will be provided as an e‑gift card within 7 business days of receiving your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is received in damaged condition or we sent an incorrect item, please report this within 5 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will assist you in processing the claim and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Shipping Costs & Refunds

Shipping and handling charges are non‑refundable. Store credit will be issued for the value of the returned items and applicable tax, but not the original shipping cost unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
If you believe your package was lost, stolen, or not delivered correctly, please contact us so we can assist by providing tracking information and filing a claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.  NOOKWARD, LLC cannot be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
